The CrosyeN targeted project was officially launched on 16 and 17 October 2023

The CrosyeN targeted project - Support for infrastructures and cropping system experiments - brought together the scientific community involved in this project from 16 to 17 October in Montpellier.

CrosyeN is a project dedicated to supporting long-term ‘cropping systems’ experiments, set up to design and evaluate agroecological systems with low environmental impact and adapted to new climatic conditions. The aim of this project is to network, consolidate and enhance the value of systems experiments set up under different soil and climate conditions (4 sites in France and 4 tropical sites), in order to test and compare the performance of combinations of agronomic levers and cropping systems.

These two days marked a pivotal stage in the targeted project, as they enabled the scientific community involved to meet, sometimes for the first time, and to discuss the various experimental sites as well as the organisation of the project.
