Reviews of the Carbon Economy Day On September 12, FairCarboN organized a day on the carbon economy at the Agro Paris-Saclay campus in Palaiseau. This day invited participants to discuss economics and carbon, focusing on the question : How does economics shed light on climate issues? With a focus on GHG emission mitigation and carbon storage in the agricultural and food sectors, and on the role of public policies and markets.

More than 150 people, including 60 students from the Rennes-Angers Agro Institutes and AgroParisTech Paris Saclay, attended presentations by Marc Fleurbaey (Paris School of Economics), Hugo Valin (OECD), Claire Chenu (INRAE/Université Paris-Saclay), Stephane De Cara (INRAE, Université Paris-Saclay), and Alan Matthews (Trinity College Dublin) on the AgroParis-Saclay campus.
