Soil Carbon Science Webinar Series

Designed and hosted by the Scientific and Technical Committee of the “4 per 1000” Initiative, the series will focus on topics related to soil carbon sequestration and will feature renowned scientific experts in the field.

The first session, "Is there a limit to Soil Organic Carbon sequestration?" will focus on long-lived mineral-associated organic carbon (MAOC) in soils and its implications for climate change mitigation. This session will welcome Dr. Christopher Poeplau (Thünen Institute for Climate-Smart Agriculture) and Prof. M. Francesca Cotrufo (Colorado State University) as speakers!
